Teacher’s' state of mind towards teaching is viewed as a contributing element to their prosperity and efficiency in teaching. Generally, teachers fail to balance their professional and personal life and this affects their state of mind. This state of mind may have come about because of a few reasons: huge classes, lack of paper composing syllabus, absence of good collegiality, lack of skill and information, and the multi-componential nature of article composing.
